Those people who are married and trying to become active in the swinging lifestyle excluding your wife or husband, please determine why?  Your actions in the lifestyle will only cause problems in your marriage. Your husband or wife will eventually discover his/her exclusion of this actions. Seek professional guidance to find out what has gone astray in your marriage before even considering swinging as a lifestyle for you.
