Use of this website is limited to persons 18 years of age or older, and is intended for adults sourcing or sharing adult related information and communicating with each other online. By registering, you acknowledge having read the Terms and Conditions of use of this web site and agree to abide by it. Every subsequent time you access this web site you confirm your agreement with the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are personal to you. You may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable under South African law, such provision will be inapplicable, but the remaining provisions of this agreement will continue to be enforceable. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sacouples.co.za, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partners and third parties, from any loss, claim or damage, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from your use of this web site. This includes any violation of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement or any action arising from the content that you publish on this site that infringes the intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trade secrets, trademark or patent) of any third party or content or communication that denigrates libels or invades the privacy of any third party.

Username and Password Details - Each visitor is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their member name and password. All passwords are encrypted to ensure your privacy.

Profile Photographs and Video's - Please ensure that you only post media of yourselves.  If you wish to post media of yourselves playing with others please respect their privacy and ensure that you have their permission, prior to doing so.  Profiles that do not adhere to this risk being banned.

Completion of detailed profile - As this is a free swingers portal, one of the stipulations we impose on our members is that they need to complete their profile within a week of registration.  This serves to weed out the time wasters.  Please ensure that your detailed profile is completed timeously to avoid having it deleted.

Copyrighted Material - You may not post copyrighted material on this website. This includes but is not limited to photographs, images and text. Should you believe that copyrighted material has been posted on the site you are requested to contact SA Couples with full details of the alleged copyright infringement.

Harassment and Disputes - You may not harass any Member and agree to cease contacting any other Member who has requested this. Should you wish to ’block’ any Member, do so by selecting the appropriate option in your buddy list; ’Blocked’ Members will not be able to contact you via this website. SA Couples will not become involved in any disputes between Members and does not provide any arbitration or settlement services should a dispute arise between members. You alone are responsible for ensuring that your interaction with other Members is lawful. SA Couples advises you that there may be risks of dealing with Members acting under false pretences or with criminal intent. We recommend that you read our Safe Dating Guide. SA Couples cannot control what happens between members once they decide to meet in person, however should you encounter behaviour that may be deemed harmful to other Members you are requested to contact us with full details and we may, if deemed appropriate at our sole discretion warn, suspend or delete the offending member’s profile. Please note, SA Couples has no intent or interest in getting involved in domestic or private disputes between Members.

Visibility and storage and service provision - Member profiles and other information from this site may also be visible (where applicable) on other network sites operated by SA Couples. This substantially increases the reach of your profile and the chances of finding a successful match. SA Couples assumes no responsibility for the deletion of or failure to store your content; this includes profile details and photographs. This service is provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title and the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Membership, Subscriptions and Cancellations - You may register your profile free of charge and will have access to most of the services. Subscription charges may be levied in the future including but not limited to the ability to send messages. Subscription is entirely voluntary and you may remain a non paying Member for as long as you wish. SA Couples may change the Subscription pricing, options, renewal terms or Member services at any time. The Member may cancel their Membership and/or Subscription at any time. Subscription fees are not transferable from one Member profile to another, or refundable. SA Couples may suspend or terminate the Subscription and/or Membership of any Member who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Content - You alone are responsible for any content or information that you enter in any page of this website, including any communication with other parties. SA Couples is not the publisher and only provides the medium for parties to publish and/or distribute information. No responsibility is assumed by SA Couples for the publication of any information, including but not limited to text, graphics and photographs, published by Members to this website. While it is incumbent on the visitor to decide on what information he or she wishes to make available to other Internet users, Connecting Couples reserves the right to exercise editorial control over all content. SA Couples does not verify the accuracy or truth of any information published, be cautious when communicating with other users. You may not publish content that is offensive to others, or use offensive language. Please respect your fellow members. Whilst SA Couples reserves the right to delete or remove content deemed offensive, we do not guarantee that offensive material will be removed or deleted. Failure by SA Couples to remove or delete offensive content does not waive our right to remove or delete offensive content in subsequent or similar cases. You may not publish content that contains advertising in any form, on any page of this website, except the listing of your business in either the Business directory, or Links directory. Should you wish to advertize your commercial venture, please contact us for our rate card.  You may not impersonate any other person or entity. SA Couples allows members to display their email address through their profile, and provides access to private messengers but will not tolerate posting of personal contact information on any other pages, with the exception of business listings in the Business directory. SA Couples will also not tolerate the soliciting of Members contact information or personal details. SA Couples reserves the right to excerpt text quotes from profiles, along with the Member screen name, and feature them in promotional material. Should SA Couples wish to use your profile information, including photographs, for promotional purposes, they will contact you via email to request permission.

Agreement - This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes in their entirety any and all written or oral agreements previously existing between the parties with respect to such subject matter and will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
